About the Job
The role of Administrative Assistant is to assist the Business Development and the Physician Relations departments in various functions. They will be responsible for the collection of data, monitoring variances, and strategies to determine costs and savings.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources
Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Import, transform, validate or model data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions
Identify, recommend, and streamline new strategies to grow the business
Assist in return on investment for new business and existing business
Utilize and update multiple reports and databases
Research and communicate physician trends
Provide constant communication across departments
POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of computer programs such as: Excel, Word, Power Point, Nitro, Outlook
Work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number calculations.
Critical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail
